About Trey

Anyone who knows me already knows that I’m not one to talk about myself.  I’d much rather listen to someone else describe themselves and I’m a huge fan of anyone who has the ability to tell their story.  I’ll generalize here for the sake of brevity and please do feel free to ask away if curiosity gets the best of you.

My wife, Bobbie, and I live in Cedar Park, Texas with three little ones.  We moved here from San Marcos in 2012 after, like most couples, talking about it for many years.  We love it here and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.  Austin is central to Texas, existing on the edge of the south Texas brush country, the rolling plains of the Llano Estacado and the relatively flat farmlands where the Texas Revolution was fought.

My family is one of the oldest Anglo families in Texas, arriving in Texas in the mid-1820s as part of Austin’s Old 300 – the original 300 families of Texas.  My family originally settled near Broadus, Texas (deep east Texas) and Bremond, just west of College Station, after moving from Macon County, Georgia.  The story of just how we got here is an interesting one, but I’ll leave that for another time.  Two of the men in my direct line fought in Texas Battle for Independence – a fact I’m extremely proud of.

I spent about 10 years serving in the U.S. Army at one point in my life – one tour enlisted with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina and 2 tours as an officer – one with 1st Armored Division in Hanau, Germany and part of another one with 4th Infantry Division at Fort Hood, Texas.  I’m a lifelong shooter and hunter from as far back as I can remember and take great pride in observing the principles that this great country of ours was founded upon.

I’ve spent more than a decade designing and promoting websites for individuals and professional organizations. I started out building real estate-relate websites for my own personal ventures, decided I really liked doing that, and here we are today.  I love the WordPress platform and really feel like that’s the way to go today.  It’s functional, professional, scalable to just about any size, and it just plain looks fantastic.  Best of all, it will really make you look great in the eyes of your customers.

I can tell you firsthand what a difference a great online presence can make, both for and your organization. It makes your life easier, represents your brand to the entire world, and it can really take you to the next level, and beyond.
